ThePACThe study (Programme d'Accompagnement et de réhabilitation post-thérapeutique pour les femmes en rémission complète du cancer du sein en station thermale) ran from 2008 to 2010, Les Thermes de Vichy decided to build on this experience by creating PACS, a program dedicated to supporting women after breast cancer, based around an 18-day spa treatment.

In the short term, this program aims to help women reintegrate more easily into their social, family and professional lives, and in the long term, to reduce the risk of cancer recurrence by giving them the "keys" to avoiding weight gain, regaining regular physical activity and harmonious mobility of the upper limb.
